Commercial Z turn- Check over, start unit and test operations. Change the engine oil, replace the engine, transmission, fuel, and air filters. Replace the spark plugs (read old plugs) Inspect all pulleys, spindles, idlers, belts, and mower blades. Check the drive belt and idler pulleys. Inspect and adjust if necessary belt alignments. Adjust the tire pressures, adjust the tracking, and level the mower deck. Test the quality of cut. Test all safety switches. Flush the fuel system, service and adjust the carburetor. Load test the battery and test the charging system. Adjust the engine rpm's to factory specifications.
