All equipment will be thouroughly tested before the job gets the ok. Being able to eliminate those pesty issues that don't show up right away. All Seasonal/ winter inspections will have a deck leveling proceedure done to be sure your machine is cutting as efficiently as possible

A estimate will be given for any additional repairs that may be needed above the seasonal tune up.

Seasonal Tune up descriptions

Tractors- Check over, start unit and test operations. Change the engine oil, replace the engine, transmission, fuel, and air filters. Replace the spark plugs (read old plugs) Inspect all pulleys, spindles, idlers, belts, and mower blades. Check the drive belt and idler pulleys. Inspect and adjust if necessary belt alignments. Adjust the tire pressures, Level the mower deck. Test the quality of cut. Test all safety switches. Flush the fuel system, service and adjust the carburetor. Load test the battery and test the charging system. Adjust the engine rpm's to factory specifications.

Mower- Start unit and test out the operations. Change the engine oil, replace the engine, fuel, and air filters. Replace the spark plugs (read old plugs) Flush the fuel system, service and adjust the carburetor. Test out the drive functions if applicable. Test all safety switches. Level the mower deck. Test the quality of cut. Adjust the engine rpm's to factory specifications.

Trimmers- Check over unit, Start and test out operations. Replace the spark plugs (read old plugs). Replace the fuel and air filters. Flush the fuel system, service and adjust the carburetor. Sharpen and adjust the chain. Inspect and or repair head. Test out unit and adjust the engine rpms to factory specifications.

Snow Blowers- Check over unit, Start and test out auger and drive operations. Replace the spark plugs (read old plugs). Replace the fuel and air filters. Flush the fuel system, service and adjust the carburetor. Inspect and or replace shear pins. Adjust the auger skids. Inspect drive and auger belt. Inspect drive chain and friction disc. Test out unit and adjust the engine rpms to factory specifications.

Generators- Check over unit, Start and test the charging system. Change the engine oil and filter. Replace the spark plugs (read old plugs). Replace the fuel and air filters. Flush the fuel system, service and adjust the carburetor. Test the switches and breakers. Load test battery and test the charging system output. Test out unit and adjust the engine rpms to factory specifications.
